If you have an account to access the J-IMS Integrated Management System, this app will allow you to turn any Android device into a "clock machine" reader for recording your staffs clockin and clockout.Entry and exit registration can be done either by scanning a QR code (which can be printed directly from the J-IMS web system) or through the devices NFC proximity reader, where available.If the Android device has GPS service, in addition to recording the clockin and clockout data, the app also stores the geographical coordinates for each entry and exit transaction, these will be available on the J-IMS web.From the J-IMS web system it is also possible to define for each device the list of personnel authorized to register the presence and all the desired usage parameters.Communication between the app and J-IMS web takes place via webservice based on standard http and https protocols, so no configuration will be required on any firewall used in the company.
